Is-Plus Ltd are very pleased to announce that a mutual partnership with TELEMATCH BV of Zoeterwoude, Amsterdam, Netherlands is now finalized which will only enhance our positions within the telecommunications market. Telematch BV are Certified Service Partners and Value Added Resellers of NEC Philips, Who gaurantee service of the Sopho iS-3000 System up to at least 2017. iS-PLUS have now established themselves as the alternative SOPHO maintainer, covering the complete portfolio from Keysystems to multi-site PABX installations.

Founded in 1996 as an independent communications maintenance organisation, the company now maintains and looks after more than 30 sites across the UK in both the public and private sectors. In line with this expansion iS-PLUS have been accepted as Corporate Members of the Communications and Information Technology Association (CITA). In order to keep your system in tip-top shape and to ensure a quick response we will need remote access to the equipment. iS-PLUS and it's staff are fully aware of the manufacturer's licensing terms and conditions associated with their software products and adhere to them at all times. Remote support has been achieved by using our vast SOPHO experience and technical expertise to develop and utilise alternative methods of access, thereby bypassing the legal restrictions imposed by the use of the manufacturer's software. Rest assured, iS-PLUS Ltd would not knowingly undermine any client's legal position by offering or undertaking services that are clearly considered illegal or unlawful.
